Approval timelines depend on the municipality and the complexity of the project. In many cases, residential building permits are reviewed within approximately 20 business days after submission, provided all required drawings and documents are complete.

We usually require a deposit to begin the design work. The remaining 50% of the payment is due after the building permit has been approved by the municipality.

Our primary service is preparing building permit drawings required for city approval. 3D designs or renderings can be provided upon request for certain projects, depending on the scope.

Yes. We work with homeowners and contractors throughout Ontario and can prepare permit drawings for projects in many municipalities.
